TESTIMONY FROM A USER CHURCH

Batdelger

I am Batdelger and I live in Germany. Since I came here, I have moved to different locations many times, so it was not possible for me to attend a church regularly. It made me feel very empty and far away from the Word of God. I missed my Christian brothers and sisters back home.
At that time, I was enrolled in a school in a small town with a population of 50.000 people. There were no other Mongolians and there was no Mongolian church.

In 2018, I went back to Mongolia for a while. When I met with the people in my church, I asked them to pray that I would find a Mongolian church in Germany or meet 4 or 5 Mongolian Christians and start a home group.

Back in Germany, I started my search by looking on Facebook for Mongolian believers in the area around the town where I lived. As I searched, I managed to make contact with pastor Tugsuu and other Christian brothers and sisters there. Finally I had managed to make some friends who lived not too far away and to find some new converts.

Fortunately, we heard about MTEE and its Bible-based courses, which really met our needs and demands. Then, my friends and I started using those books, running online Bible study groups. God has multiplied the number of people involved and now we have become a small church, called “Light to the Nations”.

Currently, our church has about nine small groups; each group has three to four members. In addition, we ask new believers to do a five-week course that helps them to become thoroughly rooted in the faith.
