A Student Testimony about Christian Family Family I
My name is Dorj-Khand. I am very satisfied about this course; I have learnt a lot of things in a very systematic way. Over the past five to six years, I have given birth to my children and have been at home to look after them. I noticed that I was becoming a very quick-tempered and harsh mother.
As I studied the course, we covered in detail topics such as: what should a family be like, who am I, and what is a spirited person’s priority.
We also studied such issues as how to interact with others effectively, what attitude to have in order to receive blessing, how to show respect for one’s elders, and what the psychological needs of husband and wife are.
Besides, we had discussion times in our weekly small group on topics such as how to avoid intimate and sexual relationships outside marriage, what is a healthy and right sexual life, and how a wife should submit to her husband.
As a result, I have come to believe that God has a time and plan for all people and I trust that I took this course exactly at the right time. Since then, I have been trying to apply what I learnt into everyday life and teach others what I have learnt and experienced.
